By enrolling with Sujata Home Tuition Classes ("we", "us"), you accept these terms.
Enrollment
- The first demo class is free. Enrollment for regular classes begins from the month following the demo.
- Batch allotment is subject to availability and the student's standard.
- We reserve the right to decline or discontinue enrollment if the schedule, batch, or student conduct is not a fit.
Fees
- Monthly fees are set per class and communicated at enrollment.
- Fees are due at the start of each month. Any pending fee beyond 15 days may result in the student being marked absent from batch classes until cleared.
- Fees paid are non-refundable once classes have started for the month.
Attendance and holidays
- We follow the standard school-holiday calendar for Navi Mumbai.
- Missed classes due to student absence are not made up unless prior notice is given and Sujata's schedule permits.
- Classes cancelled by us (illness, emergency) will be rescheduled or a proportionate credit will be applied to the next month.
Conduct
- Students are expected to complete homework, respect the teaching space, and be prepared for class.
- Parents are welcome to contact Sujata for updates but classroom time is reserved for teaching.
Parent Portal
- The Parent Portal shows attendance, fees, tests, and homework for enrolled students only.
- Access is via the registered phone number and the student's first name.
- Please do not share your login details with anyone outside the family.
Communication
- Sujata may send WhatsApp messages and announcements about classes, fees, and events.
- You can opt out of these at any time by replying "STOP" on WhatsApp.

These terms may be updated occasionally. The latest version is always available on this page.
